culture with its vision, mission, and core values or to adapt to a new global
market change/pattern in order to achieve its strategic goals.

internal and external environment to foresee any changes which can affect the
performance, employees and the existence of the company. This will require the
company to realign its culture to overcome the uncertain and challenging
